G&H Property Services Ltd are a locally owned company providing a range of services to property owners either as a rental or a residental accommodation. We cover the extensive area of both the Horowhenua & Manawatu areas.

We have a team various tradespeople under our company umbrella who will provide solutions to issues that arise from property maintenance. We understand the costs of repairs these days and can offer a competitive solution but still maintaining a high standard of workmanship but ensuring the completed work is in accordance with the current NZ Building Standards. We do not encourage band aid fixes.!!
We offer trade services including building repairs, electrical work, plumbing or glass services. Anything from cleaning out gutters or getting your rental home investment up to the specified Healthy Homes Standards.
